Initial
Consultation/Registration must be performed before any new client visits will be
conducted.

New
clients must call at least one month prior to needing service to allow for
plenty of time to schedule the consultation/registration. Current clients
may call or email reservation requests at least two weeks in advance. The
earlier the better!

A
custom quote will be given over the phone or by email. After the initial
consultation, payment is expected to be left in the form of cash or check in
full unless other arrangements have been made in
advance with Animal Nannie.

There
is no travel charge for visits within 10 miles. 10-20 miles
will add an additional $10 per visit. Distances are calculated using
Google Maps. There is no travel
fee for the initial consultation/registration.

We
offer a Safe Key Service. Your key will be identified by a code and kept
separate from your file and personal information. This will allow you to
call and request service any time without having to worry about a fee for
getting your key picked up by us. If you opt not to use this service,
there will be a charge equal to your travel charge added to your visit for each pick up and drop off. Animal Nannie will NOT leave keys on the counter, under a
door mat or locked in the house after the last visit. This is for the
safety of the animals in case you are delayed and we need to continue care until
you are able to return.

Upon return it is
the client's responsibility to call or email Animal Nannie-ANY TIME of day or
night. If we are not aware of your return, we will continue with our
visits to ensure your pets are safe. You will be invoiced for these
additional visits. You will be charged for any visits we conduct or are on
our way to conducting because of your failure to notify us of your return.

All cats and dogs
must have some sort of identification with a contact phone number on it.
Animal Nannie WILL place a temporary tag on the animal while they are in our
care. Our tags will be a simple clip on for the collar. They will
have our name and contact phone number on them.

We must be aware of
any one else that has access to your home. Anyone else in your home may
compromise our insurance which is there to protect you! Evidence of
someone else's presence will warrant a call to you-interrupting your
vacation- and a call to the police to protect your home, your pets and Animal
Nannie.

Payment will be made
at the initial consultation/registration or left for us at the first visit.
Once payment is made, Animal Nannie has blocked your times and visits in the
schedule. We may have to turn away other customers because we are prepared
to care for your pets at those times. With more than 72 hours (3 full
days) notice of cancellation you will be issued a 50% refund of your payment or
a credit for future visits. With less than 72 hours (3 full days) notice,
no refund or credit will be issued.

Animal
Nannie does not discriminate as to size, race, creed, color nor life style or
religion of it's clients or their humans.
